Peter Hathaway

PETER HATHAWAY is a Senior Vice President of GE Asset Management and
heads the US Large Cap Value Equity Team. He is the lead Portfolio
Manager for the GE US Large Cap Value Equity Portfolio, as well as the
GE Value Equity Fund. Mr. Hathaway has more than 38 years of investment
experience and has been with GE Asset Management since 1985. He was a
Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Ameritrust from 1975 to
1985, and has previously held positions at Merrill Lynch, Equitable Life
and US Trust. Mr. Hathaway holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from
Arizona State University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania.
