Peter Donovan

PETER DONOVAN is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors, The
Winthrop Corporation, of Wright Investors’ Service, and Wright
Investors’ Service Distributor, Inc. He is also the President and
Trustee of the Wright Managed Equity Trust and The Wright Managed Income
Trust. He manages the Wright Income Managed Trust, Managed Equity Trust,
Blue Chip Master Portfolio Trust and EquiFund Equity Trust mutual funds.
He also sub-advises the Aetna Master Fund. Prior to joining the firm in
1966, he was with Jones Kreeger & Company in Washington, DC. He has
been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since 1996
with Wright Investors’ Service. He is a member of the New York Society
of Security Analysts and the Hartford Society of Financial Analysts. Mr.
Donovan earned a BA in Economics from Goddard College in 1965. He is
also the co-author of Worldscope Industrial Company Profiles and
Worldscope Financial and Service Company Profiles.
