Peter Beshouri

PETER BESHOURI, who has been an employee of Sound Advice since 1974, has
served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Sound
Advice since August 1982. Prior thereto, he was the General Sales
Manager of Sound Advice, as well as having served as a Store Manager and
District Manager. He was elected President of Sound Advice in May 1985.
Mr. Beshouri currently serves as a Director of Progressive Retailers
Organization.
