Peter Ausnit

PETER AUSNIT is Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst at
Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, Inc. covering enhanced TV, software and
infrastructure. He was previously associated with Prudential Securities
and Robertson Stephens & Company. Prior to that Mr. Ausnit was
associated with Bain & Company. He received a BA in Architecture from
Yale University and an MBA from Columbia University. Mr. Ausnit appears
regularly on CNBC, Cnet, ZDTV and other media outlets.
