Peter A. Seitz

PETER A. SEITZ serves as Executive Vice President and Chief
Administrative Officer of FNB Corporation. A graduate of the University
of Virginia, of Washington and Lee University School of Law and of the
Stonier Graduate School of Banking, he also acts as the company’s
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and is a member of the Virginia
Bar Association. Prior to joining FNB, Mr. Seitz gained experience in
private practice in Birmingham, Alabama, and in Roanoke, Virginia.
