Pedro Herrera

Pedro Herrera joined HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. in 2005 and is Head of the Latin America Equity Research team covering food and agribusiness. He has extensive emerging markets experience from several global financial institutions, covering diverse product areas and sectors. Before working in finance, Mr. Herrera was a Management Consultant focusing on strategic advisory services for the developing markets of Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. He holds a B.S. in computer science from The University of New Orleans, an M.S. in technology management from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Georgetown University.
