Paul W. Mikus

PAUL W. MIKUS has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and
Chairman of the Board of Endocare, Inc., since November 1995. From June
1995 to October 1995, he was President of Endocare, Inc. when it was a
subsidiary of Medstone International. From October 1994 to May 1995, he
managed worldwide sales and marketing for Prosurg, Inc., a prostate
therapy company. From July 1989 to September 1994, Mr. Mikus worked for
Medstone International as Manager of Engineering. He serves on the Board
of Directors of Sanarus Medical Inc. Mr. Mikus has a BS degree in
Electrical Engineering.
