Paul O'Sullivan

PAUL O’SULLIVAN is Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of
Triant Technologies Inc. Mr. O’Sullivan was appointed to the Board in
1991 and has served as an Officer since 1988. Mr. O’Sullivan was
appointed President in 1998 and appointed Chief Operating Officer in
2001. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic
Engineers presented and published several papers in the area of
electronic control systems and new modeling applications. Mr. O’Sullivan
holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Trent
Polytechnic in the United Kingdom.
