Paul Forest

PAUL FOREST was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of The
Macyro Group Inc. on May 18, 1993. Prior to joining the corporation, he
was a Partner of the accountant firm Dallaire Forest Kirouac which he
co-founded in 1982. He started his career in 1977 with Blanger Dallaire
Gagnon, now part of Ernst & Young. He is also a Director of R/D Tech
Inc., a company specialized in the production of NDT (nondestructive
testing) systems for the quality inspection of metal parts and welds. He
obtained his BA from Laval University and he is a member of the Canadian
Institute of Chartered Accountants.
