PAUL D. MERINGOLO is a Director and Chairman of the Board and
Chief Executive Officer of Medical Action since October 1997, and
has been employed by the company for the past 20 years in various
executive positions. He also serves the company as President
(since November 1992), and previously held the position of Vice
President of Operations from March 1989 to October 1991 and
Senior Vice President (Chief Operating Officer) from October 1991
to November 1992.
