Previously, he was President and COO of Duke Energy Corporation;
President, Chairman and CEO of Pan Energy Corporation; Director of Kerr-
McGee Corporation, Baker Hughes Inc. and TEPPCO Partners, LP. Mr.
Anderson is the Advisory Director of Temple-Inland, Inc., and of the
Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Global Counsellor of
the Conference Board.
