Patrick C. Lynch

PATRICK C. LYNCH, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Treasurer of Interface, Inc., joined the company in August 1996,
after having previously worked for a national accounting firm. He
was promoted to Assistant Corporate Controller in 1998 and
Assistant Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2000. Mr.
Lynch became Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July
2001. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
from the Citadel, graduating with honors in 1992. Mr. Lynch also
holds an MBA and JD from Georgia State University. He is a
Certified Public Accountant and a member of AICPA and the Georgia
Society of CPAs.
