Orville R. Harrold

ORVILLE R. HARROLD is President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of
Providence and Worcester Railroad Company Mr. Harrold has been with the
company since the commencement of independent operations in February
1973. Over the past 30 years, he has held the positions of Chief
Engineer and General Manager, becoming President in 1980. Mr. Harrold
has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pratt
Institute, Brooklyn, New York and has been employed in the railroad
industry in various capacities since 1960.
