Norman P. Leenhouts

NORMAN P. LEENHOUTS has served as Chairman of the Board of
Directors, co-Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Home
Properties of New York, Inc., since its inception in 1993. He has
also served as Chairman of the Board of HP Management since its
formation. He has been a Director of HP Resident Services since
its formation and Chairman since 2000. Mr. Leenhouts is a co-
owner, together with Nelson Leenhouts, of Home Leasing and served
as Chairman of Home Leasing from 1971. He is a Director of Hauser
Corporation and Rochester Downtown Development Corporation and is
a member of the Board of Trustees of Roberts Wesleyan College. He
is a graduate of the University of Rochester and is a Certified
Public Accountant.
