Nicholas C. Conrad

Nicholas C. Conrad serves as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for The Andersons, Inc. He joined The Andersons in 1984 and has served exclusively in the finance and treasury department during his tenure. Prior to joining the company, he held positions with two financial institutions for eight years. Mr. Conrad holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and an M.A. in English from The University of Toledo, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree in English. He also attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business executive program in Palo Alto, Calif. Mr. Conrad is a member of the Financial Executives Institute’s national and Toledo chapters. He also serves as the Chairperson for the UT Foundation’s investment committee and as a member of the UT Foundation board of trustees.
