Neil Koehler

Neil Koehler is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Pacific Ethanol, Inc. He has more than 20 years experience in ethanol production, sales and marketing in the western United States. He was the Co-Founder and General Manager of Parallel Products, a California-based ethanol production company, which he sold to a public company in 1998. Mr. Koehler also founded Kinergy Marketing LLC, an ethanol sales and distribution firm that was acquired by Pacific Ethanol, Inc. in May 2004. Mr. Koehler is a Member of the board of the Renewable Fuels Association and the Director of the California Renewable Fuels Partnership. He is also a sought-after speaker on the topic of renewable fuels. Mr. Koehler earned a B.A. in government from Pomona College.
