Nancy Holland

NANCY HOLLAND is Senior Managing Director and Head of American Property
for ABN AMRO Asset Management (USA), LLC. She joined the firm in 1997 as
Senior Portfolio Manager. Ms. Holland is responsible for the North
American property strategies and directly manages their growth styles.
Before joining ABN AMRO, she was a REIT Analyst for Edward Jones. Ms.
Holland’s base of knowledge of the real estate industry, however, comes
from her 13 years on the property side of the business. She worked for
CenterMark Properties, a national mall owner, operator, and developer
for six years. During this time she worked numerous development projects
following them from inception to stabilization. Prior to this, Ms.
Holland worked at Laventhol & Horwath, a CPA firm, in the Consulting
Department. She worked as a consultant on a wide range of properties and
assignments from hotels to retirement communities to the loan portfolios
of failed savings and loans. Ms. Holland earned a BS degree in
Accounting from Saint Louis University and is a Certified Public
Accountant.
