Murray Rode

Murray Rode, Chief Operating Officer, has been with TIBCO Software Inc. and its predecessor company since 1995 in a variety of roles. Mr. Rode has cross-functional responsibility for the implementation of the corporate operating plans and strategies. He has direct responsibility for a range of functions, including finance, marketing and corporate development, as well as several operating groups. Prior to joining TIBCO Software Inc., Mr. Rode was a Management Consultant with a major international consulting firm, where he worked primarily in the areas of technology strategy and planning and business process re-engineering. Mr. Rode holds a B.A. from the University of Alberta, Canada.
