Mike C. Pyle

MIKE C. PYLE is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Arctic
Group Inc. Mr. Pyle joined the company in August 1998 as Vice President
of Operations, was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 1999, and was
appointed to his current role of President and Chief Operating Officer
in October 2000. Mr. Pyle has a Masters of Business Administration
degree. Prior to joining Arctic, Mr. Pyle was Manager of Corporate
Lending with Roynat Inc. from 1993 to 1998. Roynat is one of Canada’s
leading merchant banks and Mr. Pyle was involved in the critical
financial and operating analysis of his clients’ acquisitions and
divestitures. Prior to this, he was General Manager of a privately held
retail firm in Winnipeg.
