Mike Burns

Mike Burns joined Volterra as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in August 2007. Before joining Volterra, Mr. Burns worked at Intel for 15 years in a variety of senior financial management positions. Prior to that, he worked in public accounting. Mr. Burns holds a B.A. in economics and an M.S. in industrial engineering from Stanford University. He also has an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
