Michelle R. Clayman

MICHELLE R. CLAYMAN is a Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer of
New Amsterdam Partners LLC, where she also serves as the firm’s Chief
Investment Officer. A Chartered Financial Analyst, she holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford
University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Prior to founding
New Amsterdam Partners in 1986, she served as a Vice President and
Supervisory Analyst in the Equity Research Department of Salomon
Brothers. An active volunteer in her community, Ms. Clayman was a Girl
Scout Leader for 17 years, and also was a Course Director in Finance and
Entrepeneurship at the East Harlem Tutorial Program. She serves as a
Director of Children of Bellevue, a charity providing services to
children at New York’s Bellevue Hospital.
