Michael Yellen

MICHAEL YELLEN is a Senior Portfolio Manager for AIM Capital
Management, Inc. He is the lead manager of the AIM Global Heath
Care Fund and is also involved with the management of AIM Charter
Fund, AIM Select Equity Fund and AIM V.I. Growth and Income Fund.
Mr. Yellen joined AIM in 1994 from INVESCO (NY), Inc., formerly
known as Chancellor LGT Asset Management, Inc., as an Investment
Analyst for healthcare industries. He also had primary
responsibility for the GT Applied Science Fund and the GT
Healthcare Fund, both offshore funds, until assuming his present
responsibilities with AIM. He began his career at Franklin
Resources, Inc., as a Senior Securities Analyst. Mr. Yellen holds
a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University.
