Michael Y. Wang

MICHAEL Y. WANG is a Vice President at John S. Herold, Inc. where he is
responsible for managing the firm’s M&A Transaction Review coverage of
upstream details. Previously, Mr. Wang was associated with Merrill
Lynch and Price Waterhouse. He was also associated with a boutique
investment banking firm in Stamford as a Managing Director where he
traveled extensively to the Asia Pacific Rim to identify and investigate
direct investment opportunities in the emerging markets. Licensed under
Series 7, Mr. Wang received his Bachelor’s degree from Beloit College
and his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
