Michael Scialla joined Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Inc. in 2010 and is a Managing Director in energy & power, covering oil & gas exploration and production. His past awards include a Financial Times/StarMine award for stock picking, and ranking number one for stock picking from The Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street survey. Mr. Scialla has been an Analyst for more than 13 years, having also been an Analyst with Thomas Weisel Partners and A.G. Edwards, a Manager of planning and analysis for exploration at H.S. Resources, and was a Geophysical Analyst at Chevron. Mr. Scialla graduated with a degree in geophysics from the Colorado School of Mines and earned an M.S. in finance from the University of Colorado.
