Michael S. Worms

MICHAEL S. WORMS is a Senior Research Analyst in the New York office of
Harris Nesbitt Corp., covering electric utilities and the independent
power industries. Before joining the firm in 1998, Mr. Worms covered
these industries as a Research Analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston.
Prior to that, he worked at Brown Brothers Harriman, Shearson Lehman
Hutton and Moody’s Investors Services in the same capacity. He is a
member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts, the Wall Street
Utility Group and the Edison Electric Institute. Mr. Worms is a Wall
Street Journal All-Star and earned a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson
University.
