Michael G. Crofton

MICHAEL G. CROFTON is President and Chief Executive Officer of the
Philadelphia Trust Company. He manages equity and fixed income
portfolios for individuals, foundations, endowments, Taft-Hartley plans
and public and corporate pension plans. Prior to joining the firm he was
employed by Rittenhouse Financial Services and United States Trust
Company. Mr. Crofton serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the
Archdiocese of Philadelphia Council of Managers. He lectures widely on
fiduciary issues and has been interviewed on radio and television. He
earned a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University. Mr. Crofton resides in
Laverock, Pennsylvania with his wife and five children.
