Michael F. Schundler

MICHAEL F. SCHUNDLER joined Sheridan Healthcare, Inc. in 1996 as Chief
Operating Officer. In October 1996, he assumed the position of Chief
Financial Officer. Prior to joining Sheridan, Mr. Schundler was a
founder and Vice President of Operations for American Health Network, a
primary care physician group practice comprised of 260 primary care
physicians practicing in the states of Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. From
1991 to 1994, he was the Chief Financial Officer for AdminaStar, Inc., a
subsidiary of Anthem, Inc. From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Schundler held the
position of Senior Vice President of Finance for Family Life Insurance
Company, a subsidiary of Merrill Lynch. From 1986 to 1988, he held the
position of Vice President of Finance for Blue Cross of California. Mr.
Schundler graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors
of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
