Michael F. Manzulli

MICHAEL F. MANZULLI is Chief Executive Officer of Richmond County
Financial Corp., and Richmond County Savings Bank. He is Chairman of the
Board of Directors of both the Financial Corp., and the Bank. Mr.
Manzulli is also President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of
Richmond County Savings Foundation. Mr. Manzulli, an attorney, earned a
Bachelor of Science degree at Niagara University and a Bachelor of Law
degree at St. John’s University School of Law. He has also attended
Brown University’s Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Manzulli is also a
member of the Board of Directors of the Community Bankers Association of
New York State (CBANYS), is a member of America’s Community Bankers and
is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association and the New York
State Bar Association. He is married with three children and one
grandchild.
