Michael D. Andereck

MICHAEL D. ANDERECK has been President and Chief Executive Officer of
Docucorp International, Inc., since its inception in January 1997. From
1984 to 1997, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director
of Image Sciences. Mr. Andereck joined Image Sciences as Vice President
of Finance in 1983. From 1975 to 1983, Mr. Andereck was with KPMG Peat
Marwick, where he attained the position of senior manager.
