Michael Brennan

MICHAEL BRENNAN is First Industrial’s President, Chief Executive Officer
and a member of the Board of Directors. He oversees all aspects of First
Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. Prior to his appointment as President and
Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Brennan served as the company’s Chief
Operating Officer. He was previously a Senior Vice President of Asset
Management at First Industrial, a partner with The Shidler Group,
President of Brennan/Tomasz/Shidler Investment Corporation and an
Investment Specialist with CB Commercial. His professional affiliations
include the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the Urban
Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Industrial and Office
Properties (NAIOP), the National Association of Real Estate Investment
Trusts (NAREIT), the National Council of Logistics Management, the
National Association of Manufacturers, and the Young Presidents
Organization. Mr. Brennan earned his Bachelor of Finance degree from
Notre Dame University.
