Michael Balkin

MICHAEL BALKIN, a principal of William Blair & Company, LLC, joined
William Blair in 1990 as an institutional salesman, specializing in
small capitalization growth companies. In 1999, he joined the Investment
Management Department where he co-manages the William Blair Small Cap
Growth Fund and is a member of the firm’s Small Cap Growth team. He
earned his BA from Northwestern University.
