Michael Asmussen

Michael Asmussen joined Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc., in 2008 and was named
President, CEO and Director in 2009. Previously, Mr. Asmussen held a variety of
positions at Eaton Corp., a diversified power management company with 2008 sales
of $15 billion. He also worked for Ford Motor Company as a Customer Manager for
all North American sales initiatives. Mr. Asmussen holds MBA and Bachelor of
Science degrees from Michigan State University.
