Matthew Dembski

MATTHEW DEMBSKI, Vice President, covers REITs for Credit Suisse First
Boston as part of the firm’s Real Estate Group in Equity Research. He is
a member of Larry Raiman’s research team which was named a third-teamer
in the 2000 Institutional Investor All-American Research Team in the
REIT category. Prior to joining Credit Suisse First Boston, Mr. Dembski
was a REIT Analyst with Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Company. He was an
Associate in Robertson Stephens’ REIT Research Group and was a Research
Analyst at the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Mr. Dembski received his BA in Economics from American University.
