Marlin Miller

MARLIN MILLER, JR. has been Chairman, CEO and Director of Arrow
International, Inc. since 1975. Prior to joining Arrow, Mr. Miller was
Vice President and Director of Connors Investment Services for three
years, as well as Executive Vice President and Director of Glen Gery
Corp. for 13 years. He received his BS in Ceramic Engineering from
Alfred University, and after completing his MBA from Harvard Business
School, served in Frankfurt, Germany as a First Lieutenant with the U.S.
Army Finance Corp. Mr. Miller serves on a number of boards, including
the Manufacturers Association of Berks County and First Union Foundation
Board, among others.
