Mark Sherman

MARK SHERMAN is a Managing Director at BancBoston Robertson Stephens. He
heads up the eBusiness and Internet Software Banking practice, which
specializes in providing equity and merger and advisory solutions from
companies in all areas of eBusiness and Internet Software. Previously,
he was associated with Lazard Freres & Co. and McFarland Dewey & Co.
Mr. Sherman received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of
Pennsylvania and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
