Mark S. Dodson

MARK S. DODSON has been President and Chief Executive Officer of NW
Natural since 2003. Prior to that he was President, Chief Operating
Officer and General Counsel from 2001 to 2003; Senior Vice President,
Public Affairs and General Counsel from 1998 to 2001; Senior Vice
President from 1997 to 1998, Director, NNG Financial Corp. from 2000-
Present; Partner, Ater Wynne Hewitt Dodson Skerritt law firm from
1980-1997 and Special Counsel to Federal Aviation Administrator,
Counsel, US Department of Transportation from 1979 to 1980. Mr. Dodson
has a BA, magna cum laude, from Harvard University, and is a graduate of
the Boalt School of Law, University of California at Berkeley.
