Mark P. Glassman

MARK P. GLASSMAN joined ImageMax, Inc., in February 1998
(subsequent to the company’s IPO in December 1997) as Corporate
Controller. During the past three years, he has assumed
increasing roles, including two years as Chief Financial Officer,
culminating in his appointment to Chief Executive Officer in June
2001. Mr. Glassman has been instrumental in leading ImageMax
through its strategic, operational and financing plans during a
period when the company has undergone extensive change. Prior to
joining ImageMax, Mr. Glassman was employed by Right Management
Consultants, Inc., a publicly held international consulting firm,
where he held various corporate financial and operational
positions. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Glassman was an auditor with
Touche Ross & Co. and Deloitte & Touche. He has an undergraduate
degree in Business from Temple University.
