Mark L. Wagar

MARK L. WAGAR is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Radiologix, Inc. Mr. Wagar was appointed President and Chief Executive
Officer of the company in May 1998 and was named Chairman of the Board
in July 1998. With over 25 years of healthcare executive experience, Mr.
Wagar has served in a variety of public and private for-profit
companies, as well as in several not-for-profit hospitals. Previous
positions included President of MedPartners, Inc., Chief Operating
Officer of Mullikin Medical Enterprises, and President of CIGNA
HealthCare of California. He received his BA from The Ohio State
University in 1973 and a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration
in 1976 from The Ohio State University.
