MARK L. CONSTANT is Senior Vice President and Senior Equity
Research Analyst of brokers and asset managers at Lehman
Brothers. He is a member of the Institutional Investor magazine
‘All-America’ Equity Research Team, garnering the highest
attribute scores for stock selection and
accessibility/responsiveness among ranked analysts in the brokers
and asset managers category, in the most recent poll. He has also
ranked four times among the ‘Best on the Street’ in The Wall
Street Journal’s annual Analysts Survey. In last year’s contest,
he placed number one in both stock picking and earnings
forecasting, among all of the qualifying analysts in the
securities brokerage sector. He has been a featured guest on
several CNBC and CNN television shows, Bloomberg TV and Radio,
etc., and is frequently cited in publications such as The Wall
Street Journal, Barron’s, The Financial Times, The New York
Times, Forbes, Institutional Investor, Business Week and The Wall
Street Transcript, etc. He is a member of the Association for
Investment Management and Research, as well as the Security
Analysts of San Francisco. He came to Lehman Brothers in 1999
after spending eight years at Merrill Lynch.. He received his
Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University, where he
is now a regular guest speaker at the Graduate School of
Business.
