Mark F. Degenhart

MARK F. DEGENHART, Senior Vice President for Oppenheimer Capital,
is Portfolio Manager/Analyst for the Small Cap Value Product.
Prior to joining the firm in January 1999, Mr. Degenhart was
Director of Research and Associate Portfolio Manager at Palisade
Capital Management. From 1990 to 1993, he served as a generalist
for Cazenove & Co. Prior to that, he was a special-situations
analyst at Argus Research Corp. for more than three years. Mr.
Degenhart earned a BS degree in Marketing from the University of
Scranton.
