Mark D. Foster

MARK D. FOSTER is Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer and
Portfolio Manager of Kirr, Marbach & Company. He was formerly associated
with American Fletcher National Bank (now Bank One, Indiana, NA) as a
research analyst from 1980-1982 and with Merchants National Bank as a
Portfolio Manager/Research Analyst from 1982-1984. From 1984-1987, Mr.
Foster was associated with Merchants Investment Counseling Inc. as
Director of Equity Strategy. He joined Kirr, Marbach & Company in 1987
and has been the firm’s Chief Investment Officer since 1997. Mr. Foster
is a member of the Indianapolis Society of Financial Analysts and a
Chartered Financial Analyst since 1985. He earned a BS degree in Finance
(with honors) from Ball State University in 1979.
