Mark A. Wilson

MARK A. WILSON, President and Chief Executive Officer of EAC A/S. He joined the company in 1995. He was appointed to the Management Board in January 1998 and became President and Chief Executive Officer in November 1998. Prior to joining EAC, Mr. Wilson spent 21 years with GSK in international marketing and general management positions. He has worked in many markets and lived in the UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan and now Singapore. EAC is a Danish company, listed in 1897 with its operational headquarters in Singapore since 1998. It is focused on a group of four market leading consumer brands and industrial companies covering infant and child nutrition (Dumex) and processed meats (Plumrose/Oscar Mayer); distribution of industrial ingredients, and international removals/record storage. Turnover is circa $700 million with 70% of the business in Asia and 5,859 employees.
