Margaret M. Whelan

MARGARET M. WHELAN is an Associate Director of UBS Warburg Equity
Research. An Analyst since 1994, Ms. Whelan specializes in the interior
furnishing industry and was formerly associated with Merrill Lynch. She
holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College of Dublin. Ms.
Whelan holds seats on the Board of the Young Home Furniture Executives
group and on the Remodeling Futures Steering Committee of the Policy
Advisory Board of Harvard University.
