Marc L. Baylin

MARC L. BAYLIN is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. and
a Portfolio Manager in the Equity Research Department. He is the
Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee for the New America Growth
Fund. Additionally, Mr. Baylin is a Vice President and a member of the
Investment Advisory Committee of the Mid-Cap Growth Fund and the New
Horizons Fund. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, Mr. Baylin was a
Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department at Rauscher Pierce
Refsnes. Marc is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He earned a BBA in
Finance from the University of Texas and an MBA from Northwestern
University.
