Marc Halperin

Marc Halperin is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Federated
Global Investment Management, where he manages the Federated
International Value Fund. Previously, he was Associate Director and
Portfolio Manager at UOB Asset Management-Singapore, Vice President and
Asian Equity Portfolio Manager with Massachusetts Financial Services,
and Principal and Senior Analyst at Harris Investment Management. Mr.
Halperin earned an MAPA in Municipal Finance from the University of
Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BA degree in Political Science from
Roosevelt University in Chicago. He reads fluently in German, French,
Russian and Italian.
