Mammen Chally

Mammen Chally, CFA, is Vice President and Equity Portfolio Manager for Wellington Management Company, LLP, an independent and unaffiliated investment subadviser to ALPS Fund Services, Inc. He leads Wellington Management’s intersection team as Portfolio Manager for the team’s portfolios managed with a combination of fundamental and quantitative inputs. He manages portfolios focusing on U.S. equities. Mr. Chally also has significant experience in portfolio risk management and development of derivative strategies and quantitative research. He received his MBA from Northeastern University in 1994 and his bachelor of technology in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in 1989. Corey Dillon is Senior Vice President and Director of Advisory Services for ALPS Fund Services, Inc. He joined ALPS in 2007 to lead the firm’s expansion into proprietary open-end mutual fund management with a focus on delivering innovative mutual fund solutions for the variable insurance, retirement and broker/dealer markets. In this role, he is responsible for product management and national account functions for the ALPS-advised mutual funds, as well as overseeing relationships with each of the firm’s mutual fund subadvisers. Previously, Mr. Dillon served as Vice President and Director of Global Client Management for Janus Capital Group, where he was responsible for executive-level relationship management and sales activity with Janus’ intermediary clients and prospects. Mr. Dillon is a graduate of Colorado State University.Mathew R. Jensen, CFA, is Vice President and Investment Director, Equity Product Management, for Wellington Management Company, LLP. As a Member of equity product management, he is responsible for new product development and product integrity to ensure the firm’s services meet the needs of clients and prospects. He works with Portfolio Managers to evaluate and communicate portfolio strategy, positioning, characteristics and performance. He received his B.S. in finance, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University in 1990.Kenneth C. Solano Jr. is Vice President and Account Manager for Wellington Management Company, LLP. He is an Account Manager in the U.S. financial intermediaries group, which oversees the provision of investment, administrative, legal and marketing services for Wellington Management’s U.S. financial intermediary clients. Mr. Solano is responsible for assisting clients with long-term investment strategy and policy issues, evaluating portfolio risks and performance, ensuring compliance with policy guidelines and applicable regulations, resolving administrative and operational issues, and identifying new product opportunities. He earned his MBA from Northeastern University in 2000 and his B.A. in economics from College of the Holy Cross in 1993.
