Malinda Powers Berardino

MALINDA POWERS BERARDINO, Executive Vice President and Senior Portfolio
Manager, serves on Church Capital Management’s Investment Committee.
Ms. Berardino began her investment career with Wm. Sword & Company of
Princeton, New Jersey, an investment banking firm serving international
clients. She directed investment banking for First Eastern Merchant
Banking Group, Inc. and served as a Partner and Manager of First Eastern
Capital Fund. Ms. Berardino is a member of the Board of Trustees of
Abington Memorial Hospital Foundation and serves on the Board of
Directors of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council. She is a member
of The Forum of Executive Women and the Philadelphia Estate Planning
Council and was a Director of the Wharton Club. Ms. Berardino graduated
Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Connecticut College with a
Bachelor’s degree in Government and earned her MBA in Finance from the
Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
