Malcolm S. Morris

MALCOLM S. MORRIS is Chairman and co-Chief Executive Officer of
Stewart Information Services Corporation, and President and Chief
Executive Officer of Stewart Title Guaranty Company. He has been
managing the underwriting companies and growing the balance sheet
into the best financial ratings of the largest underwriters in
the country. He also plays an active role in both state and
national regulatory matters as they affect the title insurance
industry. His educational background includes a Doctor of
Jurisprudence and a Master of Business Administration from the
University of Texas. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Southern Methodist University. Mr. Morris has twice attended the
Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers. Mr. Morris
is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of
Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and he is a fellow of the
American and Houston Bar Foundation. He served as President of
the Texas Land Title Association and was the American Land Title
Association President, 1997-1998. He served on the Fannie Mae
Advisory Council, 1998-1999.
