Malcolm L. Butler

MALCOLM L. BUTLER is President of Fiduciary Services Corporation, with
$425 million currently under management. He serves as Chairman of the
Board of Directors of Century South Bank of the Coastal Region and as
President and Director of Managed Industries, Inc., an investment
holding company whose operating subsidiary is Coastal Paper-Sail
Chemical Company. He is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Savannah
where he serves as Director, the Executives Association of Savannah, the
Society of Colonial Wars, and the Society of the Cincinnati in the State
of Georgia. Mr. Malcolm completed his undergraduate degree in History at
Duke University and earned his Law degree from the University of
Georgia.
