M. Scott Collins

M. SCOTT COLLINS was appointed to serve in his current capacity as Vice
President’Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer upon joining JP Realty
in May,1997. From November 1992 through May 1997 Mr. Collins was Vice
President’Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer and
Secretary of Park City Group, Inc., a software development company.
Prior to his employment with Park City Group, Mr. Collins worked as a
senior manager for Price Waterhouse where he was also involved with the
real estate industry for several years. Mr. Collins is a Certified
Public Accountant and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in
Accounting from Brigham Young University.
